RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your Eustralia Fashions experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit note to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight) if goods are returned within 14 days. In order for the credit note to be issued, products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in a new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition, shoes in the box, and still have the original swing tags and packaging attached and are accompanied by the associated order number. Credit notes issued are valid for 6 months.

Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days by email. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Eustralia Fashions will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund

EXCHANGES

Eustralia Fashions strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right, please email us with an order number within 14 days to receive a Return Authorisation Number (Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge both ways). Returns without a valid authorisation number will not be accepted. If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include a self-addressed pre-paid parcel or additional charges will apply.

RETURN BY MAIL

You can return goods due to a change of mind or incorrect size to any of our stores within 14 days of purchase.

Please email us with your order number to receive a Return Authorisation Number (Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charge). Returns without a valid authorisation number will not be accepted. Please enclose your receipt, return authorisation number and merchandise and within 14 days of purchase mail to Eustralia Fashions Melbourne
